Homemade Mango Pickle
Bilona-made | Certified Glyphosate-Free
A2 Cultured Ghee from desi Gir cow milk using bilona method. Free from harmful weedicide banned in 20+ countries. Aids digestion & reduces inflammation.
Looking for that comforting taste of tradition? Every drop of our A2 Gir Cow Cultured Ghee is just that! Crafted from the milk of free-grazed, pasture-raised Gir cows, this ghee is authentic & wholesome.
Our process starts with choosing the right cattle feed that's not sprayed with dangerous weedicides containing glyphosate. Then, we take the fresh milk, carefully turn it into yogurt using a natural starter culture and set it overnight. In the stillness of the early morning, the yogurt is then churned using the ancient Bilona method — clockwise and anticlockwise to separate the raw white butter. This butter is then gently simmered to create a rich, golden ghee filled with natural goodness.

Frequently Asked Questions
Glyphosate is a chemical herbicide (weedicide) widely sprayed on conventional crops including cattle feed. It has been linked to serious health concerns and is banned or restricted in 20+ countries. Our products are certified glyphosate residue free by detoxproject.org.
Glyphosate exposure has been associated with hormonal disruption, gut microbiome damage, and is classified by the WHO/IARC as a 'probable human carcinogen'. When cows eat glyphosate-sprayed feed, traces enter the milk — and therefore the ghee. We eliminate this risk at the source.
Cultured ghee is made by first turning milk into yogurt using a natural starter culture, then churning the yogurt to extract butter (the Bilona method), and finally simmering that butter into ghee. This traditional process makes the ghee easier to digest, richer in beneficial fatty acids, and gives it the distinctive nutty, granular character of true desi ghee.
