Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how we deliver your order.

Order Processing Time

Once you place your order and payment is confirmed, we start processing it. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Note: Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays will be processed from the next working day.

Delivery Time

•       Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.) — 3 to 5 working days

•       Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities — 4 to 6 working days

•       Remote villages and rural areas — 5 to 7 working days

These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may take a day or two more during festivals, weather disruptions, or high order volumes.

Shipping Charges

•       Orders above Rs. 499 — FREE shipping

•       Orders below Rs. 499 — Shipping charge of Rs. 60 will be added at checkout

•       For very remote locations, an additional delivery charge may apply. You will be informed before the order is confirmed.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across India — including villages, small towns, and cities. We use trusted courier partners to make sure your order reaches you safely.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched:

•       You will receive a tracking ID on your registered mobile number via SMS or WhatsApp

•       You can use this ID to track your order on the courier partner's website

•       You can also contact us with your order number and we will update you

Damaged Package at Delivery

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please:

•       Take a photo or video of the damaged package immediately

•       Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

•       We will arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the issue

Please do not throw away the packaging — we may need it as evidence for the claim.

If You Are Not Home During Delivery

If you are not available, the courier partner will attempt delivery again — usually 2 to 3 attempts. After that, the package may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply. Please make sure your mobile number is correct so the delivery agent can reach you.
