These Terms and Conditions apply to all customers who visit or shop at kissanratan.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. They are written in simple language for your benefit.

Placing Orders

•       You must be 18 years or older to place an order

•       All information you provide — name, address, phone — must be correct. Wrong information can cause delivery delays.

•       Once your order is placed and confirmed, you will get an SMS or WhatsApp message with your order details

•       We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock or if payment is not received properly

Pricing & Payments

•       All prices are in Indian Rupees (Rs.) and include applicable taxes

•       Prices can change without prior notice. But once your order is confirmed, the price will not change for that order.

•       We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available

•       For COD orders, please keep exact change ready at the time of delivery

Note: If a payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Products

•       All product images are for reference only. The actual product may look slightly different.

•       We make sure all products are natural and of good quality. However, results may vary depending on usage and soil/climate conditions.

•       Product descriptions and benefits are based on general use. We do not make any medical or legal guarantees.

Things You Must Not Do

•       Do not use our website for any illegal activity

•       Do not place fake or fraudulent orders

•       Do not copy or reproduce any content from our website without permission

•       Do not share false reviews or misleading information about our products

We may block or cancel orders from users who misuse the platform.

Our Liability

Kissan Ratan Foods LLP is not responsible for:

•       Any delay caused by natural disasters, strikes, or situations outside our control

•       Any indirect loss caused by using or not being able to use our products

•       Third-party websites or links we may share on our platform

Jurisdiction

All disputes will be resolved under the laws of India. The jurisdiction for any legal matter will be the courts of Hisar, Haryana. We will always try to solve issues directly and fairly before any legal step is taken.
