Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order — but only before it is dispatched. Once the order is shipped and handed over to the courier, we cannot cancel it.
Cancellation Based on Order Stage
Order just placed: Cancellation is allowed. Contact us immediately and we will cancel without any charge.
Order being packed: We will try our best. Please contact us urgently — we cannot guarantee cancellation at this stage.
Order dispatched / shipped: Cancellation is not possible. You can initiate a return after delivery.
Order delivered: Cancellation window is closed. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
How to Cancel Your Order
• Call or WhatsApp us at 9023000061 as soon as possible
• Share your Order Number with us
• Our team will confirm the cancellation status and update you
Note: The faster you contact us, the better the chance of cancellation. Orders move quickly through our system.
Refund After Cancellation
If your cancellation is approved and payment was already made:
• Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
• The amount will be returned to your original payment method — UPI, card, or bank account
• For COD orders, no amount is charged before delivery, so no refund applies
When Kissan Ratan Cancels Your Order
In some situations, we may cancel your order:
• The product is out of stock
• Payment was not received or payment failed
• The delivery address is incorrect or unserviceable
• We suspect a fraudulent order
In all such cases, if payment was made, a full refund will be issued automatically within 5–7 working days. We will also inform you via SMS or WhatsApp.
If You Refuse Delivery
If you refuse to accept a delivery without a valid reason, the order will be returned to us. Shipping charges may be deducted before the refund is processed. The product cost refund will be issued within 5–7 working days after the product reaches us.
